Bluebell Butter Dish bring spring at the breakfast table, hand painted bluebells all around and on the the lid of this butterdish.
Bluebells are also closely linked with fairies and are sometimes referred to as "fairy thimbles."

I can personalised this for you with an inscription on the lid of the butter dish and a message can be added to the base.

Please let me know if you need it for a certain date, as it sometimes takes a little longer to personalise, it may take a week to 2 weeks.

This will be beautifully packaged in a special brown cardboard box, tied up with string with a label you can add a message too.

My ceramics are made from earthenware clay, painting and glazing in lead free glazes.
Each ceramic piece that I sell really is individually hand-painted. As a result, all my pieces are slightly different and therefore unique.
Because of their exclusively hand-made nature, they take a full five days to produce, each piece having two painting stages and up to three firings in the kiln, so the colours will never fade or wash off.

Care Instructions: This pottery is not oven or microwave safe.

Beautifully painted butter dish and met my expectations. My only drawback is that the dish lid handle is not very 'grippy' - might be worth you exploring other models to paint, Hannah, that perhaps have more indent in the lid handle as a bit worried I am going to break it!

Just exquisite! I take this out of the fridge with both hands grasped around it VERY tightly as it almost too beautiful to use as a humble butter dish! Beautiful artisan piece and great craftsmanship.
