We generally offer personalized and custom orders. Some products you must customize during the checkout process to complete your order.

If we send you a Mock-Up for approval on a custom order and you approve it, the order is placed, once the order is in processing it is final. It is up to you to check the Mock-Up for errors.

We Offer 11 oz and 15 oz White Coffee Mugs. We also have 11 oz Accent Mugs (White with Colored Handles) and Black Mugs for many designs.

COFFEE MUGS - STEINS
Our Mugs are Safe for intensely hot or cold beverages. They Long-lasting and safe when heated in a microwave oven or through multiple wash cycles. In Dishwasher put on the top rack.

STAINLESS STEEL TUMBLER -
Hand wash only.

CLOTHING
For the best results with your new printed garments, always wash in cold water with the garment inside-out. Tumble dry on low to medium heat. Clothing may have a vinegar-like smell, the printing process uses a chemical that smells like vinegar. The chemical is harmless and will wash out of garments the first time you wash them. When printing shirts some discoloration can happen that will look like stains. Washing your shirt the first time in cold water should remove that discoloration.

We currently do not offer Gift Wrapping. We may in the future

Processing time varies depending on what type of product you order. Details are on individual product pages. The post office is still having processing and delivery delays. Delivery dates are estimates not guarantees. During Holiday Seasons and Pandemics please allow a little longer time period for all products.

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your order ships to the email you have listed on your Etsy account.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:

We ship to the address you give us, if you let us know within a few hours we may be able to change it for you.

We are not responsible for products shipped to incorrect addresses given by you. You will need to pay for shipping again if an item is returned.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please send me a message via Etsy within 48 hours. Please attach a photo of the item showing any damage. If no photo is received, I can't mail a replacement.

I will respond ASAP to arrange a replacement free of charge.
