§ 3 - Price and payment

(1) All product prices are final prices incl. 19% VAT excl. Shipping costs.

(2) The shipping cost is under the menu item ship from Germany in the respective product description

(3) For deliveries outside the EU may incur customs and import taxes, which are payable to the customs authority by the purchaser on receipt of the consignment. These charges are in addition to the purchase price and the shipping and can not be influenced by the provider.

(4) The provider provides the option of the Purchaser against payment in advance by bank transfer or advance payment by PayPal payment. Payments must be made in Euros. Remittances from abroad accepted the seller only as free of charges payments in euro.

(5) a payment period of one week from receipt of the confirmation of contract applies to payment orders. The provider shall submit the required goods back for the duration of the payment period for the purchaser. It is up to the purchaser to effect his payment in time that it is received by the provider within the time limit. The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and the goods elsewhere for sale if payment is not received by the deadline. A detailed cancellation after payment of the buyer will be refunded to the purchaser.
