The chair cushion was supposed to ship over a week ago. But nothing arrived. And the saleswoman doesn't respond to messages. If you write to your personal email, you will immediately receive a message that the mailbox is full and the email could not be delivered. Fraud? I'll probably never see the money again! Update: The chair cushion has now arrived after more than 3 weeks. So far everything is fine, we like the design and workmanship. However, I really would have liked better communication! There was no response to any of my emails. If I had known from the start that I would have to wait 3 weeks, it wouldn't have been a problem at all!
