Returns must be requested within three (3) days of delivery. The return must be shipped back/postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery. Return must have tags still attached, be unused, unaltered, and in the original condition to be accepted for a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost back. Send me the tracking # when it’s on the way back. Please package the item well. Once the item is received, I will refund the purchase. Please note, custom orders or personalized orders are not returnable, they are final sale.
