During busy times of year like Christmas (November-December) ship time can increase, but this is updated on orders before you checkout during this time. This can increase to 3-4 weeks time frame before shipping.

Turn on your etsy notifications and check your emails as you will receive one when your item is marked as ship.

UK Orders
Once shipped, orders in the UK normally take a couple of days to arrive. They are posted 1st class.

Europe Orders
Standard airmail delivery to Europe normally takes 5-7 days.

International Orders
Standard airmail delivery to countries such as USA, Canada, Australia etc normally take 2 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and New Year.

If you are in a rush for your order to arrive, please ensure you upgrade shipping to tracked/signed mail.

Many of our designs used to make our collars have been created and designed by us which enables us to make adjustments/personalise items for customers. If you wish to have an item customised, please contact us to discuss your options.

Yes we can, but you will need to contact us prior to ordering to discuss any additional charges that may be applied to putting your order up front. You may also need to upgrade shipping to ensure you receive your order quicker.

If you have purchased your Item and it has been more than 30 days since it has been marked as dispatched on Etsy. Please contact us.

We try our best to minimise loss of parcels and offer a tracked service option on our listings. We highly recommend you choose this option.

If an item has been lost and it has been more than 30 days since it was dispatched, please contact us.

We do not offer refunds for items that have been lost and a tracked service was not selected. We will, however, offer the option of a refund or remake if tracked service was selected and has been lost.

Please remember that any ribbons or fabrics on items are purely cosmetic, and do not affect the structure or performance of the items. These may be damaged by other objects (including but not limited to claws and teeth), so care must be taken. If you think your pet may scratch at its collar, it may be wise to remove the collar when not supervised. We cannot accept liability for cosmetic damage, or structural damage caused by neglect or misuse, scratching or chewing etc.

These items are handmade, not mass produced, and therefore finished products (and colours) may vary from those shown. In particular, custom printed items may have small areas of misprint where the pattern repeats join. These are not defects and are an unavoidable consequence of the printing process. Both nickel and brass hardware may have small cosmetic defects in the finish. These are unavoidable consequences of the manufacturing process. All measurements are approximate only and individual batches of materials may vary from the average listed, in particular webbing widths may vary by +/- 3mm. It is not possible for us to alter individual listings when new batches come in, so if you require precise measurements, please contact us
