*Never hang your painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
*When handling the painting, please make sure your hands are clean.
*Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your painting.
*Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.
*How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting: if you notice this over the years, you can try to spray a fine mist of clean cold water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries.

Possible customs duties are not included in the price of the product. Possible fees are fully paid by the buyer.

1. I accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made.
2. In case of cancellation after 24 hours after an order was made, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials:
*In case of cancellation after 2-3 days from the order was placed, we are holding a charge of 10%.
*In case of cancellation after 4 days and later the order was placed, we are holding a charge of 25%.

No, we have never lost an order. Even if you don't see any updates in the track and trace service, your package is probably on hold in customs.

Also, keep in mind that during the holiday season, a delay of 1-2 weeks can appear.

Nevertheless, in case of loss, a notice would be written on the track and trace sheet. In this case, we would cross-check with our postal service about the possible loss and after that, we will issue a refund.
