RETURN.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please make sure it meets the following policy, only then your return can be accepted.

- The customer must inform the seller about the return beforehand.
- Returns must be dispatched within 14 days of the receipt. Goods must be securely packed to prevent any damage or loss. The customer is responsible for the return and its cost.
- Goods must be returned in its original condition, that means without odours, marks or hairs etc, as well as it must include original packaging - a jewellery box.
- A refund excludes express delivery cost if there were any applied and a fixed fee which is as following: Germany 3 EUR, EU countries 4,5 EUR, all other countries 6 EUR. The refund is processed to the original payment method by ETSY and it can take up to 5 business days for the money to arrive. Please contact ETSY customer service regarding the payments.

Woooww! Its even more beautiful in real life than it is on the pictures. The pearls are in warmer tones. I’m in love with my purchase, definitely recommend it! It would also make a lovely gift, as the packaging is nice (but maybe some filler material could be added into the box so that the necklace wouldnt shake around in there so much). I live in a Baltic country and it arrived on time. I didn’t need customer service, so I can’t comment on that.
