The TrackpadTray 2015 is a precision-crafted solid wood carrier for Apple's peripherals:
- Magic Keyboard (2015 to 2021)
- Magic Trackpad 2 (2015 to 2021)
It can be used both as a knee rest in the comfortable armchair for the media center, but also as an ornament and for order on the work desk.
The tray has two holes in the bottom, so the keyboard and trackpad can be easily removed if needed. In addition, slotted holes are inserted in the back, over which the devices can be used – even without taking them out of the tray. Felt gliders on the underside of the tray protect underlying surfaces and ensure a good grip.
Both right- and left-handed versions (with the trackpad on the left and the keyboard on the right) are available.
The dark wood of the walnut tree gives the tray a dignified elegance. The contrast to the Apple product seems to be both color and factually hardly greater. The sharp aluminium or glass edges fit perfectly into the comparatively soft and gentle tray and literally merge. The dark wood is sanded after milling and treated with hard wax to create a touch-friendly surface.

What a great product! Fit and finish are impeccable. I’m a woodworker with a full shop, and even at this price point it didn’t make sense to try and recreate this little masterpiece. So happy with the quick shipment from overseas and quality of the product.

This is an impeccably made item and shipped fast! I absolutely adore how it looks on my desk and is true to the images provided. A happy surprise was that I can charge my keyboard/trackpad in the dock, which I didn't realize was a feature until I got this in my hands. 10/10, would buy again.
