Starting out of a love for collecting, Atomic Junkies was founded by owner Steven Settle who has raised the business from a humble small warehouse location to a large 4000sqft double showroom gallery in Winter Park, Florida. In the early days, later 2010, Atomic Junkies would buy, sell, and trade at antique fairs, and mainly online with sites like Etsy. As the business grew, the income from the small business was invested back in to purchase more inventory and a larger location. In 2010, the store opened the first location in Longwood Florida. Staying strict focus of dealing in mid century modern furnishings, the small grew to a larger well known location in the Orlando area. 2013 Atomic Junkies moved to College Park near downtown Orlando, closer to the customer base and demographic. As the popularity in vintage modern design grew, so did the business. Atomic Junkies in now in the Packing District where they are the largest mid century modern furniture dealer in Central Florida.

My experience was GREAT! I had searched for these specific chairs for quite some time. They are hard to find in good condition and priced reasonably. They arrived in excellent condition! Communication along the way was great too. I knew when to expect them. I will definitely consider buying again from AtomicJunkiesGallery!

Great piece. Excellent condition! Only small thing was some masking tape marking the the interior shelved stripped the finish a bit, but they are interior so doesn't show.

One arm broke when we moved the chair to the dining table for its first use, even before anyone sat on it! The wood broke at the end of two seemingly new screws. Not sure if it's because of improper installation or shipping (which took almost a month to arrive), but we paid a few hundred bucks for shipping as well.

We are so sorry about this. The chairs wee definitely in great issue free condition. There were no alterations to the chair arms on our end. We are contacting the shippers right away as we cover all shipments with insurance and if shippers have caused issues and tried to fix, this is unacceptable. Can you please message us with pictures as well as a full description of the arm issue. We want this fixed right and want you satisfied. And we apologize for the shipping time frame. Larger items going to further distances take time and we are at the schedule of the shippers routes. Give us a chance to make this right.
