Payment

I accept payment via PayPal and direct check out. I also accept Etsy gift cards. Items will be dispatched within one-three working days after payment is received, except in cases when I set longer processing times. Longer processing times are communicated both in the front of my shop page and at the listed items directly. Longer processing times are rare and only occur when I am on holiday and away from my workshop. In case of custom orders times will vary. Please always ask for details. Also, please let me know if dispatch is urgent and I will do my best to send as soon as possible.

Shipping

Standard shipping will be around 2-3 days within the UK (Royal Mail Second Class) and a minimum of 5 working days for worldwide (more if outside Europe!). In case of custom orders times will vary, so please always ask for details. Also, please let me know if dispatch is urgent and I will do my best to send as soon as possible.

Longer processing times: Exceptions are when I set longer processing times. Longer processing times are communicated both in the front of my shop page and at the listed items directly. Longer processing times are rare and only occur when I am on holiday and away from my workshop.

UK buyers: If you'd like shorter delivery time, please upgrade postage to 'First Class' or 'Guaranteed Next Day' delivery. Also please let me know in a message about your item being urgent and I will do my best to shorten my processing time too.

International (outside UK) buyers: If you'd like to track your item, please upgrade postage to 'Tracked and Signed'. This will NOT shorten delivery time. It will only allow your item to be tracked.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

PayPal customers: Please check your address in your PayPal account. I will only post to Paypal addresses. If you'd like your item to be posted to a different address, please change your address on your PayPal page before placing your order. Thank you.

Christmas
Please keep in mind that this is a busy period and shipping can take longer than usual, especially overseas.

Additional policies and FAQs

WARNING OF CHOKING HAZARD: None of my items are intended to be toys. Please don't give them to young children. The items listed here are delicate and contain small parts, which could be a choking hazard.

ALLERGY NOTE: These items are made of animal fibres. I mainly use sheep wool but occasionally also alpaca fibre, horse hair and other. Jewellery: earring hooks are plated with Sterling silver. Jump rings, clasps, pins are made of different non-precious metals. (I always list materials used in the item's listing info.)

HOW TO CARE FOR NEEDLE FELTED FIGURES?
A finished needle felted object does not like water, so please never wash it. Wool will shrink when in touch with water. The best you can do is to keep it somewhere safe and give it a gentle dusting from time to time. Needle felted figures are usually delicate, so lots of handling and touching does not help them either, though it’s hard to resist!
In case of jewellery, if it gets stained, you might try to gently wipe it with a wet sponge, but unfortunately it may cause some shrinkage or deformation.

TERMS of business: All sales are subject to English Law.

PRIVACY INFORMATION
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your item will automatically be sent gift wrapped (except cards). Most items will arrive in a two-piece rigid kraft gift box, some might arrive in organza bag - see individual listings.

If you purchase more than one item, I will send them individually wrapped in separate gift boxes. However, I will refund you excess postage/wrapping charges if you are happy to get all your items wrapped together to optimise shipping. Please send a message saying 'optimise shipping' if you'd like that.

It is possible to include a personalised note. I will print that on a brown kraft paper. Let me know in a message if you would like that.

Custom and personalised orders

I am happy to do custom orders. I am also happy to include personalised notes. Please ask for details.

Sizing details

I try to give an idea about the dimensions at each listing by showing you the item held in hand.
