Frequently asked questions
How do I receive my files?
Instantly! As soon as your payment clears, Etsy gives you download links on the confirmation page and by email.
What format are the files?
Formats vary by product. Resume templates: Editable Microsoft Word (.docx) plus print-ready PDF. Paper sizes vary by product — our Get Hired Kits include US Letter and A4; see each listing for details. Interview guides: standalone guides are print-ready PDF only (not editable); guides inside Get Hired Kits come as editable Word + PDF.
Can I edit the templates?
Word (.docx) resume templates are fully editable: fonts, colors, and text. PDF guides are print-ready and not editable.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted or won't open, message me and I'll make it right.
