Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. They buyer is responsible for knowing and abiding by their local laws regarding the products we offer.

International orders take anywhere from 10 days to five weeks, depending on your location. Some countries are much faster than others at receiving orders. If your order is taking longer than this time period, please check in with your local customs office prior to contacting us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item within 14 days of purchase and we will refund. The refund will be issued by the original method of payment.

Our coats are handmade and made to order.

Since we do custom fit coats, it would be better to have the exact mesures required by your dog.

We would then need the mesure:

- Back Lenght – from the base of the neck to the tail -
- Height chest – from the base of the neck to the elbow of his front leg -
- Neckline – the neck circumference at the base

The chamois stay soft and humid for about 4 hours. After that it dries and become stiff.

To avoid that we recommend to keep it in a hermetic bag (ziplock) while it is humid and to store it in the fridge or a cooler to avoid mold formation. This way, the coat will remain soft and humid for long period.

If you don't use it for an extended period and want to store it for a while, we recommend to let it dry on a flat surface or on a fence (folded in two each side across the fence).
This way, both sides of the coat will dry.
If you try to dry the coat while being folded, some parts may stay humid and then mold can develop.

Soak it in cold water, wring it out and attach it around your dog.
The fresh water stored in the coat will relief your dog from the heat and will keep him comfortable and ready to carry out its activities.
The coat is attached at two locations, the front and on the side, by clips so it make it easy to take off and on. The clips are attached by an adjustable strap to ensure a perfect and comfortable fit.

The cooling coats are designed to quickly refresh your dog.
They are ideal for dogs in conformation dog shows, dog agility, to prevent heat stroke and canine diseases related to heat.

Should your dog be a pet or a sports animal, he will enjoy to stay cool in its refreshing coat.

This chamois is made of PVA (polyvinyl acetate) recognized for its high evaporation and absorption qualities equipment.
This combination makes it an extremely powerful transmitter of heat.
Simply moisten the only coat synthetic chamois 2 to 5 minutes to create a feeling of freshness that can last up to 4 hours.
