Hallo, mijn naam is Deborah, maar iedereen noemt me Debbie. Ik ben moeder van drie kinderen en oma van één. Ik heb mijn hele leven in The South Bronx gewoond en vanuit mijn appartement maak en verkoop ik handgemaakte items zolang ik me kan herinneren. Mijn eerste ambacht was haken, daarna vond ik papier knutselen en sindsdien speel ik met papier. Papier knutselen leidde me naar andere ambachten zoals het maken van junk journals waar deze winkel oorspronkelijk over ging. Ik naaide op papier met stof en andere materialen voor mijn boeken. Dat maakte het mogelijk om te leren naaien. Ik werd toen verliefd op vinyl en mijn Cricut-machine, wat me ertoe bracht gepersonaliseerde shirts te maken voor mijn familie en vrienden. Nu maak en verkoop ik ze hier op Etsy. Ik hou van naaien en sublimeren en ik weet zeker dat ik creatievere manieren zal vinden om mezelf gelukkig te houden. My love for crafting started late in life after my children were a little older. It started with crochet then paper crafting. Eventually i got a cricut and the rest is history. I’m always looking for what’s trending because i like the challenge.
I also thought myself to sew, i’m no expert but i manage. I love making booksleeves and baby clothes. I offer bell bottom pants with matching shirts for little girls birthdays. Those are fun to make.
Lately i have been having the time of my life sublimating tumblers and coffee cups. I’m also enjoying applying permanent vinyl to the beer glass cups, those are so beautiful with the glass straw.
