Whilst we include care instructions on each listing here are the basics.

Any item made with acrylic or cotton yarn can be machine washed on a cool wash. Do NOT tumble dry, simply lay flat and air dry.

Any item made with a natural animal fiber (wool, alpaca etc) we suggest is hand washed in cooler water. This is because if the yarn is agitated too much or the water is too hot the item is likely to felt and shrink.

We can gift wrap and include a personal note with any order and it can be sent direct to the recipient.

With regards to our standard packaging, we use recycled boxes and packaging material for the most part.
When using brand new packaging supplies we always go for the most eco friendly option.
At present we use normal tape but are looking to switch to biodegradable in the next month or so.
