IMPORTANT NOTICE! We are a small business of a few Artisan jeweler including myself. Most of our product are made to order. Lead time of 10-14 days for earrings and 2-3 weeks for rings. Some earrings are in stock and are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. In every listing, we show an estimated delivery date, so shoppers know exactly when to expect their items.
With handmade products, there's always a lot of love, care and attention to detail to create something unique and to be treasured. We do not mass produce our products. That is the reason why we only sell on Etsy Handmade.

Custom Jewelry
✦ Whether you're custom designing a new style or modifying an existing one, we're here to handcraft exactly what you're looking for.
✦ Wide range of gemstones to select from in various sizes and shapes.
✦ We will create a digital illustration using computer aided design (CAD) and sent to you for review and approval.
Production/Lead Time
✦ All our rings are handmade to order (I make, model and mold to create the jewelry!) Every piece is carefully crafted and executed to perfection. Please allow 2-3 weeks production time.
✦ Custom jewelry pieces usually takes about 3-4 weeks, depending on the piece.
Nonetheless, I will try my best to get your order out as quickly as I can.

Return & Refund - Part 1
✦ We want you to be HAPPY with your purchase! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.
✦ Since our designs are crafted by hand specially for you, all returns will incur a 30% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece.

✦ Our items are crafted with real gold, which comes with a higher cost. To maintain the quality and authenticity of our pieces, we operate on a made-to-order basis. Each item is meticulously created to meet our high standards and your expectations.
In the event of a return where there is no manufacturer defect, we would like to inform you about our policy. A 30% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We encourage you to please think carefully before making your purchase. We believe in transparency and want to make sure our customers are fully informed about our processes and policies.
