The packaging is really cute, so opening the box felt thoughtful and special. The jewelry is handmade, so a few of the clasp links fell off as soon as I opened the package. I will probably eventually replace the chord. However, the pendant piece itself is SO secure and beautifully made! I will definitely shop here again

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Once you purchase a listing for a custom order I will contact you for the details of what you would like. I will also offer suggestions as to how to best fit the desired text on the piece (certain shapes better fit certain words or phrases from the book pages).
Once I have everything I need, I will send a photo of the product before everything is sealed and finalized. Once I get your approval I will finish the order and ship it.
How long does it take?
Generally, 1-2 weeks. This all depends on how quickly I can find the book you request. I will give you an estimated ship time when we communicate the details of the order. If you need the order within a certain time frame, please let me know.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Is this a gift? I would be happy to include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to PrettyBookish" during checkout.
All orders do come packaged 'gift ready' in gift boxes or muslin bags.
Returns and Exchanges
Any refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery confirmation. Refunds will not include the shipping cost and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If for any reason a product arrives damaged, send me a photo within 24 hours of the product being delivered to you. I will gladly send a replacement. No refunds will be given for damaged items.
Shipping
All items that are ready made will ship out within 1-3 days after payment is made. All orders are shipped through the USPS and include tracking.
Please be sure your shipping information is correct before purchasing. Pretty Bookish is not responsible for incorrect address information.

IMPORTANT: Many countries assess duties and taxes on imported packages. Pretty Bookish is not responsible for any international fees.
