Why don't you accept returns or exchanges?
Two reasons:
1. RT is a small, one-person operation. There is no mass production; each item is custom-created on-demand at the time an order is placed.
2. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, I absolutely cannot accept any returns. Indefinitely.
***For clothing ONLY: In the case of a MISPRINT, please first contact me and I will replace the item or fully refund the purchase cost. Photos will be requested.
Please do NOT send photos of any other items! I list below the procedure for damage in transit.
Important Shipping Information:
The customer is responsible for ensuring their information is correct.
"Rushed" or priority costs are 100% determined by Etsy and will not be available on all products.
Once the package is dropped off, USPS is fully responsible for the item's on-time arrival and condition.
Please note: All items are appropriately packed to ensure intact arrival. If there is damage due to postal carrier carelessness, or if an order is lost in transit, kindly contact your local hub to receive a refund.
As a small business owner, I cannot afford to also account for the P.O.'s mistakes and I will not provide free products to cover for them.
