• Personal and limited small business commercial use (up to $1000 profit). See exceptions below.
• For DIGITAL use, my clipart cannot be used "as is" alone or isolated. It must be used to form a completed, flattened design that incorporates other graphic elements such as text, backgrounds, clipart, etc.
• No POD (Print on Demand) use (ie RedBubble, Spoonflower, Zazzle, Society 6, etc.) without a Clipart POD License.
• No, you cannot resell, share or distribute my clipart.
• No, you cannot make other digital resources to sell such as clipart, digital papers and patterns and digital kits.

• No altering my art and then reselling as your own design.

I am not responsible for your trademark violations. Unfortunately, trademarks change frequently and it is your responsibility to check for new trademarks in your selling category. I always check my phrases and designs with TESS to ensure there are no trademark violations at the time of creation.
