4.5 out of 5 starsItem quality is wonderful. Laser engraving. Shipping took forever. It took almost a month to receive the item. Customer service was okay. No one replies to the email they have posted, so don't even worry about that lol. They responded decently when messaged through the Etsy shop app. Overall, the item is good quality, but don't order if you need it in a timely fashion!
