Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive which applies to all members states, all customers based within the European Union have the right to cancel a distance contract order within 14 days from the day the purchase is received. The customer must inform the seller on its wish to cancel the order within the 14-day “cooling off” period. A cancellation form will be sent to the customer who can include it in the box while returning the item. The item must be returned (with tracking number and insurance) at the buyer’s costs within 14 days of informing the seller. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Item must be returned with all delivered accessories, unused, unworn and in the sold condition
