Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery within New Zealand. All parcels are tracked.

Please allow 16 working days for delivery to the United States and 18 working days for delivery to Canada. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For the United States and Canada Express service upgrade, please allow 4 to 8 working days for delivery. The more items you buy in one order, the cheaper the express upgrade is, so please make sure you choose the right upgrade (select the upgrade for 1 item if you're buying 1 item, the 2 item upgrade if you're buying 2 items, and so on). All international parcels are sent with tracked courier and require signature on delivery.

Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery to Europe, United Kingdom, and South America. All parcels are tracked and require signature on delivery.

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery to Asia. All parcels are tracked and require signature on delivery.

Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery to Australia. All parcels are sent with tracked courier and require signature on delivery.

Bulk order listings are for orders of 3 to 14 identical headpieces.

If you need a bulk order of items/colours not listed in the "Bulk Orders" section, please message me to make an enquiry. I recommend doing this well in advance of when you need to receive the order. Bulk orders of some items may not be possible due to the availability of some materials.

Unfortunately, I do not accept orders of more than 14 items.

While I hope you're happy with your order, I do accept returns and exchanges, if needed. You will need to contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to me within 21 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging, and must be unworn. If the item or packaging is returned damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Parcels must be returned with a tracking number and the buyer must send me the tracking number.

For customers outside of the European Union, the full amount of the item will be refunded when I safely receive the item. For E.U. customers, the item and shipping cost will be refunded.

I use very reliable tracked postal/courier services for all my parcels, so such cases are extremely rare. However, if this does happen, all parcels are fully insured through NZ Post for the full value of the parcel contents. The full cost of the shipping is also covered if the parcel is lost in the mail.
