✔️Printing mostly takes 2-3 and delivery 3-6 bus days. We use Fedex Express Services.

✔️If you have your artwork / graphic file ready, you can send it to us by email printix17 [!at] gmail.com or Etsy Message.

✔️We recommend that your images should be vector (.pdf, .ai, .eps, .cdr etc..)

✔️There may be slightly differences in colors / tones between the images you send to us and the prints you receive due to the difference in pc monitors, tablets, phones etc. and their settings.

✔️We do not charge extra for custom designs. And also provide free design services.

✔️Once we receive your order, we send you the design to be printed for your approval before printing and unless we have your written approval, the printing process do not start.

✔️The sample (proof) design is going to be shown on pc, not send physically.
