If you do not know your ring size, take a ring you love and measure the inside diameter.

• Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping.
• Avoid contact with cleaning materials, perfumes, hair sprays, and other beauty products.
• Store carefully and individually in a dry place to avoid scratches or corrosive damage.
• Try to avoid contact with water and, in this case, dry the jewelry with absorbent paper.

Return policy
I gladly accept return and exchange:
Contact me within 7 days of delivery
Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery.

According to my policy, you can return the item for a refund minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees, which are 20% of your order's total price + the delivery fee.

Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized items.

The shipping cost is calculated in the price.
Please note that in the case of returned/exchanged items and refunds, the shipping cost will NOT be refundable. ($20 US, for regular shipping method)

If you would like to return your jewelry, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. The order is then to be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.
I carefully inspect all my pieces before they leave the studio.

I will not offer a refund if an order is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by the customer was incorrect.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
I will offer the option of having the package re-shipped once the jewelry has been returned to me.

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy order. Please check that the address is correct before completing the checkout.
I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing the purchase.

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve cases of delays before the end of a period of 30 days from the shipping date.
Please understand that once the order is sent, transit times, customs delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.
