The key chain is lovely! It’s well made and the engraving is great The delivery and service from Kiara was prompt, efficient, just great! I ordered with a tight schedule and she did her best to ensure I would get a good chance of getting the item on time and kept the communication going throughout the process and it came just in time Definitely a great buy :)
