Wooden Bluetooth Speaker Build Plans (Woodwork and Electronics)

This wooden Bluetooth speaker not only looks great, it sounds great too! The build plans include all the instructions you need to make this speaker, both the woodwork and electronic parts.

Electronics required (Links to all products included in the plans and on Kiwi Workshop website)
- Bluetooth receiver module (M18)
- Audio amplifier module with Potentiometer (PAM8403)
- Mini 10000mAH USB power bank
- USB-C connectors x 2
- Latching power switch
- Ultra short USB cables

Materials required:
- Main speaker body wood. Select a type of wood suitable for bending. Poplar, Beech, Maple and Ash are commonly used but other species are also suitable. The wood should be straight grained and knot free.
- MDF or Hardboard (mounting plates)
- Walnut or dark wood (speaker grills)
- Volume position indicator dowel
- Volume knob recess dowel

Tools required:
- Saw (Ideally a table saw or Miter saw with a depth stop feature). This will be used to cut the kerfs for the wood bending.
- Drill press or electric drill
- Woodworking clamps
- Router (Ideally a router table but a fixed base router could also be used)
- Soldering iron
- Side cutting pliers and or wire strippers
