en 5 ans d'activité c'est la première fois que me dit ça !! les clients sont au contraire content de la qualité surtout qu'ont sélectionnes la qualité supérieure chez notre fournisseur. je pense plutôt c'est parce que vous aviez pas pris en compte le délais de livraison et vous nous aviez réclamer plusieurs fois par message d'expédier avant la date prévu ! mais nous avons pas que vous comme clients et avions expédié 1 jours avant la date prévue. De très mauvaise foie je pense...
