The best way to determine your ring size is to have a professional jewelry store or other to obtain your right size with a ring sizer. Remember there are several units of measurement. The ones I use are the US standard sizes. If your ring doesn't fit well, send it back for resizing. Some rings can be resized others do not. There will be a $20 charge for ring resizing. All ring resizing should first be discussed and approved.

What If I send an item back and it is lost in transit?

NineAmulets is not responsible for returned lost items. If you need to send an item back because you want a refund or need a re size job, you may do it so at your own cost and NineAmulets will not refund a lost item returned and lost in transit

How long does it take to ship a package to Europe of Asia?

Be aware that packages shipped to Europe or Asia can take much longer than expected. Usually takes more then a month, but 3 - 4 months is quite common. Covid 19 have made the shipping process even more lengthy. Expect delays.

Custom and personalized orders

I usually don't accept custom or personalized orders. I'm open to make small modifications to existing pieces. A different finish or a small stamp added to the piece. New entire design based of suggestion from clients is a no go. However, I'm open for requests that will be dealt with, case by case. However, special orders and custom changes are final. If you request a change and are not happy with, oh well...
