Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange

Please remove any plastic / paper packaging carefully once you receive the products and please store the products away from sunlight in a dry, cool place.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that might apply. We do not responsible for delays due to custom.

All items, unless otherwise agreed will be packed carefully and shipped by tracked post. ELCRAFTNART does not hold responsibility for shipment delay or lost/ damage in shipment. Shall any unfortunate shipment related incidents occur, please work with the couriers direct for resolution.

In line with the ETSY policies. buyers are responsible for any custom charges or other additional fee charged by the relevant authorities.

Returns are not typically accepted, however, if for some genuine reasons that you are not happy with your items. please contact me within 3 days of delivery and it will be considered on a case-by-case merit. If ELCRAFTNART considers your return of items justified, the items must be returned and received by ELCRAFTNART WITHIN 14 DAYS in the SAME CONDITIONS that they were sent with a TRACKED POST (so please check with your courier before posting). If the items are not received in the said conditions, no refund will be issued. Shipping costs (both delivery and return) are to absorbed by the customers, only the cost of the agreed return items will be refunded.

Cancellation is accepted within the 24 hours of order ONLY. As required by the couriers, please provide your contact number at checkout to facilitate delivery. Please pay special attention to shop announcement for latest turnaround time, especially under the influence of COVID pandemic.
