If you need help choosing the correct hoop size, I am happy to assist you! I use my knowledge and experience to predict the best option based on your needs. However, this is just my recommendation. Ultimately you are responsible for the options you choose.

**Please note: every order requires a diameter size (32", 36", 38") to be made. Please read the description of the listing. The design your own hoops are sold in terms of weight or tubing (dance 1 lb, standard 1.5 lbs, fitness 2 lbs). You need to message me with the size you'd like or leave it in the "note to seller" or "personalization" box at checkout. I am not responsible for delays with your order if I cannot reach you. If no contact is made within 7 days, your order will be refunded

There is a 30 Day Warranty from the date you receive your hoop in the rare case of defect.

Kinked, creased, or bent tubing is not covered under warranty. This tubing is very durable and even strong impacts will not kink the tubing. Scratches, scuffs, tears, and peeling are normal wear of the tape and is not covered by warranty. Damage due to improper use and/or storage is not covered. Please see "Care Instructions" below. Instructions are also enclosed with your hoop.

If you have any questions, PLEASE contact us before trying to open or collapse your hoop. Improper use can result in damage that is not covered under warranty.

We strongly recommend that you collapse your hoop for travel and NOT for storage. This can cause miss-shaped tubing and damage the connectors. Exposure to heat when collapsed can cause the tubing and connectors to warp. NEVER leave your hoop in a hot car for long periods of time.

Special notes on ⅝ and ¾ Polypro Hoops

Because of the nature of this tubing, there is a significant chance of kinking with aggressive tricks or while attempting to fully coil down for travel. Coiling your hoop in extremely cold temperatures can lead to bent or cracked tubing. We strongly recommend that you coil your hoop halfway and secure for travel, like how it was shipped it to you.

Your hoop wis shipped in a poly bag. Gift wrapping is available for a fee.

Domestic Orders


All packages are being shipped M-F with USPS priority mail or UPS for wholesale orders. Our current production time is 4-5 business days.

International Orders are temporarily suspended.

Lost package policy: If a package is lost or substantially delayed in transit, we will work with the customer and USPS to recover. If it is deemed lost by USPS, you can expect a full refund within 15 days of the decision. If your package is sustainably delayed (30+ days from date of shipment) and no decision is made within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund you for the cost of your order excluding the shipping charge.
