What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

If an item is received damaged customers MUST notify us immediately within 24 hours of receipt and attach photographs of the item along with photographs of the original packaging. Failure to do so may mean a claim cannot be considered or processed

How do I return items?

Please contact the shop and we will send you the return address details. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Proof of postage MUST be supplied - to do this take a photo of the receipt and send it to us through the messaging option.

How are refunds processed?

A refund for any items will be made within 1-3 days of us receiving it, minus the original shipping cost
