Orders within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, with delivery of approximately 2 to 4 working days. Delivery time does not include the time it takes to prepare your order, which varies by item, and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Postage times are an estimate, but not guaranteed. If you are not able to receive your package, Royal Mail will leave you a card with the details of how you can claim your package. In the case your package is not claimed within Royal Mail's specified time frame it will be sent back to me. Once I receive it back you can re-arrange dispatch, but additional postage costs will be incurred.

Your order will be dispatched via International Tracked and Signed service, which will require a signature on delivery. Delivery times for orders outside of the UK vary vastly, depending on your location. Occasionally, packages can be substantially delayed if they are held in Customs. Please understand that we are not responsible for any delays due to Customs, your Postal Service, National Holidays, weather or events out of our control. Depending on your country's import laws, you may be liable for extra costs. These are the customer's liability and will vary depending on your country's laws. Please double check the address supplied for your order at the time of purchase. If your package cannot be delivered due to requiring a signature on delivery (and remaining unclaimed) or an incorrect address it will usually be returned to sender. Once we receive your package we will contact you to request further instruction to be able to re-dispatch your order, however additional postage charges will be incurred.

If you didn't absolutely love your order and you'd like to return it, please message me with 14 days of receipt and return it within 30 days of receipt. I will be happy to issue a refund once I receive it and the item is returned in a saleable condition. Exceptions to the Returns Policy apply, such as custom or personalised items, items on sale and jewellery intended to be worn in piercings. The customer is responsible for the item(s) until received by me, therefore it is strongly advised that a Signed For (or Trackedfor International orders) is used. I am not responsible for any damage or loss in transit.

If your order is received damaged, contact me ASAP.

Adorn Wire Studio products include a free lifetime warranty against damage due to reasonable use. This does not include damage due to misuse. Please contact me with your order number and description of damage and photographs if possible. The customer is responsible for all postage costs.

We are happy to send your order directly to its recipient. Mark your order as 'Gift' at checkout, enter any message you would like included and ensure the recipient's correct address is entered as mistakes cannot be rectified once dispatched. Gift receipts contain your message (if you've supplied one), your name but do NOT include prices. Products come gift wrapped as standard, however, during holiday times upgraded wrapping is available. If you would like to upgrade your wrapping and it isn't available as an option, please get in touch BEFORE completing your purchase and we can arrange that for you.
