Where do you ship?/ How long it takes to preper my order?

I ship to 34 countries from Ukraine . For US customers Duties and taxes are already included in the item prise (DDP shipping) Processing times for: Ready to ship items is 1-3 business days. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.

Can I exchaneg the bag I ordered or ask for a refund?

After receiving the order withing 3 days,let me know about your desire to return the product. You have 14 days from the purchase to send them back. Please email me your refund request. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the manner in which they were received: folded properly, unworn, unwashed with original tags attached and it must also be in the original packaging. Sorry,I can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn. If I find that the bags have already been used,I cannot replace them and we cannot give a refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.

I gave a wrong shipping address, what can I do now?

If you order has not been shipped yet, please email me your shipping address as soon as possible. If your order was already shipped, modification in delivery data a will cause extra charges to be covered by you and delay in delivery.
