~8" x 2" x 1" Inch- Sturdy Jewelry Kraft Box made of recycled paper.

~ Lid has a Black Cardstock Tuxedo on the front letting him know that it is "Time to Suit up" (Black Suit & Bow-Tie is the default color if you do not tell me otherwise). Tux will be black unless you request otherwise.

~ The belly band comes inside the box ready for you to add to the outside of the box after you add your cigar. This band will NOT have the name of the recipient on it (see below for options). Please check my shop for that specific listing. Color samples are examples only and may vary slightly in shade due to manufacturing and vendor.

~Inside the box you have your choice of a distressed invite printed on Kraft paper with your choice of phrase. (**Yes- you can customize the invite OR not include an Invite)

~ Invite has been permanently inserted into the box and has matching twine to secure the cigar. This cigar pictured is the standard 5 1/2" Inch long. I can move things a little closer together if you have a 6" cigar. If you are purchasing cigars larger than 6", I can put the invite under the lid and leave the bottom blank with just the twine tie. Let me know if you need the invite under the lid for more space. I have Chocolate and Gum shaped cigars available for your younger guys (Jr. Groomsman & Ring Bearer) -see below.

Returns and exchange details

There are NO refunds on custom and/or personalized orders.

We are unable to cancel orders after 48 hours after purchase.

There are NO refunds on any shipping charges/payments if shipping label has been purchased, package has been accepted by postal carrier, or if tracking information says delivered.

Refunds will be gladly applied to any order if item is not as described in listing, and upon return of product. Refund request must be given with in 2 days of items arrival.

If item arrives and is not up to quality standards, or contains errors, I will work with you to fix, replace, or refund the issue.

If requesting a refund, item must be returned before a refund can be processed. If return is at no fault of the seller, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise discussed. If return is due to a error on the sellers part, shipping charges will only be refunded if buyer meets all return terms and policies.

Returns MUST include a tracking number that is given to the seller upon shipping so we know when the package shipped out, and when to expect the package in. Returns that do not include a tracking number or that do not arrive back to the return address, will NOT be eligible for any refund.

In addition, if your order has already been shipped out, your refund will not include current shipping charges paid.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, and have not been used, unopened, damaged, or altered.

If purchasing "priority shipping" you are purchasing the speed in which the post office will deliver your order AFTER the order has been shipped & NOT the speed your order will be processed and made. If needing your order expedited, you must purchase a "rushed order" option in addition to the purchase price.

Products will be shipped USPS unless otherwise noted. Items are made to order and have production and processing times noted in listing. Production and processing times can change daily due current order volume. Tracking is included in shipping cost and you will receive email updates on shipping status.

NO refunds will be given for failure to give instruction on how you would like the picture cropped. Cropping of your image may be required in order to fit into a specific frame. If you do not want the photo cropped, please send me the image for approval first before ordering. We process our incoming orders on a first come first serve basis.

Our current production time is noted on the items listing page. You will also find this scheduled shipping date on your order confirmation email or the order page on your Etsy account.

Please note- we agree that it does not take days or weeks to make one order and ship it out, however, the current production time is calculated based on the order volume we currently have and the number of orders we have in front or your order. If the processing time is 10 business days, then that means there are 10 business days worth of orders in line before you.

Business days are Monday-Friday (7 business days would be 10 calendar day following the day you placed you ordered.
