Yes, returns are accepted within 21 days and limited to 1-2 Items. Must be new, unworn, unaltered, still in the original plastic packaging with tags and suede bag. A pre paid return label ($7.95 fee) will be sent upon return request.

Returns for a refund are subject to a $3 return fee per item. Veils incur a 15% re-stocking fee due to their custom, fragile nature. Return fee is waived for items sent back for an exchange. If returning three or more items, or bridesmaid jewelry with custom cards, the fee is 25%.

Items ending with DISC are discontinued final sale items and returns are not accepted.

I loved this bracelet. It was perfect for my wedding. Only thing is it got caught in my dress several times, so had to take it off. But it was shipped fast, and looks good quality.
