1. ORDER - Add the listing to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Since you are purchasing a printable PDF design, and select “quantity of one (1)” at checkout.

2. DETAILS - Once you have placed your order, please email your EXCEL SPREADSHEET of guests and their tables to hello [!at] thesundaecreative.com.au or upload via our website - http://thesundaecreative.com.au/order-page

All guest names must be in plain text format. No bullet points or numbering of guests within the spreadsheet.

3. PROOF – We will begin designing your design, and send you a proof to review within 3 BUSINESS DAYS (please allow up until midnight AEST of the 3rd business day). You will then be able to make changes to the design if you’d like. Amendments can take up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS in peak times.

You are able to make TWO (2) amendments after you have received the proof. Any amendments required after two amendments will incur an additional fee.

4. APPROVAL – Once you receive your print ready files, you will then download the files to your PC and place onto a USB stick to take to your local print shop, or upload to their websites depending on which company you print with.

• When will I receive my proof?
Our turn around time is strictly 3 business days. Please note, if we have a large amount of orders due on any given day, you may receive your proof up until midnight AEST on the 3rd business day. We process our orders at a first come, first serve basis. You can also check your Etsy account for the due date of your order.

If you order Monday, you will receive your proof on Thursday
If you order Tuesday, you will receive your proof on Friday
If you order Wednesday, you will receive your proof on Monday
If you order Thursday, you will receive your proof on Tuesday
If you order Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your proof on Wednesday

We recommend using a professional print shop to print your invitations.

If you do decide to print your invitations at home, please ensure your home printer’s settings are set to print “actual size” or 100% (not shrink to fit) AND “best print quality” is selected.

Print shops that we can suggest are Officeworks (AU) Vista Print (AU & USA) or Staples (USA). If you need us to email you a different file format, just ask us.
Most print shops will do this for you.

But if you are printing at home, this job goes very quickly and easily! Our files will include trim lines as well as a 1/4” (3mm) bleed for any artwork that runs to the edge of the paper.

You may also use an X-Acto knife and a ruler to make straight and even cuts. Simply place your paper on a rubber mat an line up the ruler with the crop marks on the paper. Easy peasy.

Vistaprint provides envelopes with their invitations suites. You should not have to purchase envelopes if printing through Vistaprint.
It’s really easy! Simply upload your signage artwork to any online printer. Might we suggest Officeworks (AU), Vista Print (AU & USA), Staples (USA) Each of these printers are able to print on various sizes so please double check which size you need to purchase from me ahead of time.

It is your responsibly to check the printing turn around times at the print shop that you choose. Be advised, that most print shops require 5-7 days for printing.
Our current turnaround time is strictly 3 business days. Not including weekends. Amendments & enquiries can take up to 2 business days. Please decide if these times are suitable for your needs before purchase.

Please allow up to midnight (Eastern Australian Time) on the 3rd business day to receive your proof, especially during busy periods.

Before messaging us asking where your order is, please check your Etsy order which will display your order due date. We are never late with our orders, so if your due date has past please check your Etsy messages or Emails for your proofs.

We do have 24 hour rush option available to purchase. Rush orders do not include weekends.
You will receive high resolution, 300 dpi PDF files complete with trim and bleed lines (where applicable). If you choose Vistaprint at checkout, the files will be delivered without trim marks.

By request, we can also provide JPEG files. Please place a note in your order if you would prefer a different file format.
