Candy fruit slices always remind me of going to the candy store on vacation during the summer as a kid. And a teenager... and in my early 20's... okay I still go every summer and get candy fruit slices!

I designed the pendants on my computer and laser cut them from acrylic. The necklace is made from 66 pieces! I used a variety of 1/8" thick mirrored, frosted, and opaque acrylics. They are mounted on a thin (1/16") white backings.

This large statement piece necklace spans across about 6.5" wide by 4.5" long when wearing it. The largest fruit slice measures 2.25" across. The chain 10" long with an added 3" extender so you can adjust the length. The total length of the necklace including the laser cut pieces is 22". This is a great piece for beach bashes, pool parties, and general summertime. However, to prolong the life of yours, treat it with love! It should be kept in a hard box for traveling. Also, avoid getting any and all jewelry wet. Take it off and keep it out of the way of all showers, baths, pools, hot tubs, saunas, and sensory deprivation tank.
