The Customer Service was HORRIBLE The ring looked much nicer in the photo & definitely NOT worth the cost. I tried to negotiate a return/exchange & they were very dodgy and slow to respond. When I finally requested a refund they said it had been too long so they would only refund me 50% . They would not respond to my messages for Weeks at a time! They were charging me 20$ for “polishing” the ring. I told them I hadn’t even touched it. I sent the ring back and they told me we will not accept your refund because you did not accept our offer. Buy these from Another shop ~ they are wholesale designs which is why they do not offer 1/2 sizing. Their site claims rings are made to order, a lie! The rings are overpriced anyway. I’ve seen this ring on another shop site & wish I had bought from them. All these rings areon Etsy

I love it in theory, but it doesn't always lay right. It tends to bend sharply instead of in a circle around the neck, if that makes sense.
