How does it all work?

•Please send your preferred photo to us either here on etsy or via email to emily [!at] froelichmeanshappy.com

• You will receive a proof of your files within 1-3 business days. If you love it great, let us know. If you need some changes, great, let us know! We'll fix it so it fits your liking!

• Once you have approved your artwork, you will be emailed a high resolution, print ready jpg each of each side (one file for front, one file for back). This save the date is 4x6.

Immediately after purchase, you have access to download your files. You will receive an email with a direct link to download. You can also go to your account>purchases & reviews and there you will find your order and your files waiting for you.

Custom Orders-
You will receive your digital proof via message within 48 hours. Once all corrections and edits are complete, you will receive your final copy digitally via etsy message or email depending on the file type and your preferences.

We recommend for our items that you print on thicker paper, at the very least a thin cardstock. You can find cardstock at any office supply or craftstore.

Be sure for quality that you have your highest option available selected in your printer settings. Also- make sure that you have not selected any alternate sizing. For example, make sure it does not say "fit to page" or have any scaling selected.
