YES ! :) you can make to sell my jewelry to sell, all you have to do is make sure to specify all rights belong to YoolaDesign and include a link to www.Yoola.etsy.com or www.YoolaDesign.om . Using my photos to sell the items made by you is prohibited. The pattern itself and the photographs included in it are property of YoolaDesign, it is available for your personal use only. No reproduction in whole or in part or distribution of the pattern or its content is allowed. pls respect the time and effort I put in the development and preparation of each pattern.

What is Gold filled ?

Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass. The most common stamps found on gold-filled jewelry are 1/20 12kt GF. Gold-filled items, even with daily wear, can last five to 30 years. Gold-filled items are 50 to 100,000 times thicker than regular gold plating, and 17 to 25,000 times thicker than heavy gold electroplate

Do you accept returns ?

YES ! but please note that since the jewelry pieces are made to order there is a 10% restock fee. on kits and supply there is NO restock fee, you only have to follow the general shop policy.

I gift wrap purchases if requested with no extra charge. just leave a note on checkout.

How do I expedite shipping for my order?

I offer expedited EMS and Fedex shipping, that take 3-5 business days to arrive to most destinations. this option will appear on checkout.

What is the default shipping option ?

I use Registered Airmail shipping as default. The cost of this option will appear under “shipping” on checkout. Registered Airmail shipping takes 1-2 weeks to the US and Canada via USPS, 2-3 weeks to Australia and the far east, 1-2 weeks to the UK and most European countries.

Where do you ship to ?

I ship worldwide, to all countries that have postal relations with Israel. If you are from a country I can't ship to , consider using a forwarding service with an address in the US or I will be happy to send your purchase to family and friends.

How long will it take to prepare my order?

I ship non custom orders in 3-5 days.
