Any information you may need on size, color, quantity, etc. can be found in the description of the item. Just look under the picture.

Each item in my shop contains a very thorough description (sizes, colors, number of pieces, etc.). you can also message me your questions before you order.

Orders can only be canceled 2 hours after purchase. & only if your order has not been made. After 2 hours I have already started working on your order and it cannot be cancelled for any reason

All sales are final, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss the options. If a return is approved, the return shipping is at your own expense.

No refund are typically given for:
-- Custom orders (names, special colors, etc)
-- Orders that do not arrive on time
-- Orders returned because of an incorrect address
-- Items sent "return to sender" when we have not discussed a return
-- Items lost by USPS or stolen once they have been delivered
-- Rush Option Fees
-- Shipping costs
-- Items returned after your event or that have been used
-- Mistakes due to buyer error

I am no longer accepting orders for customers outside of the USA.

During the pandemic, I had a few packages go missing or delayed in customs- something I have no control over but I, of course, was blamed for this by those customers :)

I now only ship to the USA. Thank you for understanding

Follow these steps:

1. Check your front porch my packages are too large for your mailbox (under the mat, behind a plant, by the garage, etc )

2. Ask others in your house if they brought in a white hard envelope

3. Call your local post office and give them the tracking number- they have all the details down to the minute it was scanned delivered. You calling them first helps get you the package the fastest!

4. You called the post office but they cant find it (very rare but can happen)- file a claim on the USPS website. You can find all the answers to their questions on your receipt. The refund, if any, will come directly from the post office since they lost it. :)

5. if you still have time before your event, you can re-order a new item.
