Though I wish it was a softer fabric, but it's spandex like bike shorts, and it leaves tiny little balls of fabric all over you (& your hair & face) when you put it on and take it off. I probably should've asked more about the fabric or asked if it could be made with a different/softer fabric like a cotton blend, etc (if you're thinking about getting this, you may want to do that). It will also highlight any imperfections so if you have any body fat, like I do, you'll want to wear it with a high waisted skirt or pants. I also had to battle 3 bridge trolls to get my head in the turtleneck but once I did, it fit well against my neck. So if you wear makeup, or spend time on your hair, you'd have to put the shirt on before-hand.

The sweater is well made, warm, and drapes well. Order smaller sizes, though. I am 5’2” and ordered a small and the sweater dragged the ground by at least 4 inches and the pockets were by my knees. More bathrobe than clothing to wear out and about for me.
