SHIPPING ORGANIZATION
Shipping is by Hellenic Post Offices to all the countries.

Please, notice that the country of shipping is Greece so, except the preparation of aprox. 20 days, you must also add the shipping time below untill you receive your package.

SHIPPING TIME
The shipping time for each country, AFTER I send the parcel, is aprox:
Europe 4-5 working days
USA 10-12 working days
Asia, Australia, Africa 15-20 working days

Please check carefully the dates of shipping to your country , before you order your item. If the date of your wedding is very close from the date of your order then maybe your package will not be on time, so please check it and send me an e-mail. I could give you priority.

If your package is late please let pass 30 days from the day I shipped it. Sometimes some conditions which are not under my control, as strikes, bad weather, national holidays, custom control etc make the packages late.
Also, sometimes, the security control of each country keeps some packages for investigation reasons and that may late more your packet.
So please wait for 30 days before you contact me.

SHIPPING METHOD
The shipping method is Register Safe method to all of my items.
After I ship your order I send you the tracking number. Since you have the tracking number you can see via your national post service where it is.


LOST ITEMS
No one of my packages have never lost since now.
But, even if any problem happens, please contact me. I will contact the post office and try to find it. But, since there is a tracking number, I am not responsible for the postal services, if the package is lost, or if they return it back for any reason.

DAMAGE ITEMS
All of my creations are wrapped very safe for not damages.
Sometimes there are some problems with the post offices, which are not under my control. I am not responsible for this, but anyway I want to help you, so please contact me to see what we can do together.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I can create you custom made order as you wish it, for example to change colors on my items, to create a new one or whatever.
But, please check very much your changes or what you order because I am not responsible if you do not like it.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS
Because each piece is unique, made special for you when you order it, please have on your mind that it maybe differs just a little bit from the photo you see. This is most because of the materials availability when I make the details of each creation.
Also, please note that the colors maybe have variations for each monitor.

DATES
If you write me dates of wedding etc these must be full writen and not with number only. In Greece, when we say 8/10 we mean the 8th of October.
In USA they mean the 10th of August. Quite different.
So, when you write dates, they must be very clear and full the date and the month.

PACKAGING AND ECOLOGY
I love very much the environment and I want to protect it. I do not want to waste new paper. So, you may see re-use papers to wrap my parcels. Now you know the reason.
