Felt is a delicate fabric, should it get dirty, it is preferable to wash it by hand with lukewarm water and let it air dry on a cloth to absorb excess water.

RETURN: Contact me within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping costs will be at your expense. After I have received the package and have ascertained that the contents are in perfect condition, I will proceed with the refund. If you are shipping from a country outside the European Union, I will deduct any customs fees from the refund amount.
