I aim to ship all items currently in stock within 3 - 5 working days. For UK customers this will be via Royal Mail First Class and usually means delivery within 7 days of purchase. If you require your item before this (for a birthday, anniversary, etc.) please contact me before placing your order. If you would like your item to be posted requiring a signature, again, please contact me.

Please bear in mind that at busy periods (Christmas, Valentines, Mother's Day, etc.) shipping times may be slower.

Orders over £50 will be sent requiring a signature.

All international post is now tracked.

International delivery will be via Royal Mail Airmail, who 'aim to deliver to Western European destinations within three working days, eastern Europe within five days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven.' (from the Royal Mail website). **Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.**

I only ship purchases to the address submitted at checkout. This is to protect both you and myself should a parcel go missing in the post. Please check that it is correct before confirming your order as items not received due to failure to provide correct shipping address cannot be refunded.

**Jewellery Care**

To keep your jewellery looking its best and free from tarnish, please avoid contact with perfumes, creams, lotions, etc, and clean with a silver polishing cloth. Please do not wear your jewellery while swimming or showering. All my jewellery is delivered in a beautiful organza bag, which is ideal for storing your jewellery safely.
