I am a true advocate when it comes to mindset work and I am always looking for new ways to improve. Journalling is my most favorite form of self-coaching. Jilanne's Improve Your Mindset Journal is perfect! It has deep dive journaling prompts to allow reflection on themes such as, 'Be Mindful', 'Turn Failures into Lessons', and so forth. This is a well-crafted journal.
