These dices are perfect for inspiration and variating their poses. They can play alone or with their colleagues.
Download them and print as many times as you want. They can take them home and practice with their family.
Print the ones without the name and let them write down the name of each pose.

INSTRUCTIONS
Different ways to have fun with the yoga dices:
1. Roll one dice and everyone practices that one pose. Roll again and repeat.
2. Roll the 5 dices and arrange the 5 poses into a logical sequence. Practice the poses together or have one child teach the rest of the group.
3. Roll the dices and create your own yoga story using the poses.
4. Each player takes a turn to roll the dice. Whatever pose comes up, the player does that pose. The next player turns another dice. Whatever pose comes up, the player does that pose. And so on… After every player rolls, they can stop doing the pose.
