I love this project!! Grace was super communicative, kind and helpful. I had to start over, and on my second try I messed up a bit too and ended up having to add a border with another color to make it look even, but even with my mistakes I still love the top! Will look forward to purchasing another pattern from Grace and can't wait to practice more and hopefully improve.

The pattern is super well written, perfect for beginners. As advice, if you are just starting do not skip the creation of the sample (gauge) because the way you handle the tension a 5.00mm crochet hook may be too large for the project. My second attempt was with a 4.00 mm crochet hook and it already looks the same as the pattern fabric. 10/10! Thanks for the frills!! ❤️
