After submitting your order with your personalized phrase please check your messages as I may need to contact you if I have any questions about spelling, grammar, or organization of your phrase. I DO NOT make gift cards that contain any obscene language or disrespectful phrases. Thank you.

All orders are shipped in an elegant white gift box and secured with a colorful elastic ribbon with silver bead charm, which doubles as a hair band. I offer several gift card phrases on each of my listings but you can request a free personalized phrase. I do not gift wrap add on word charms but will mail them in a protective and secure box.

I will mail all domestic U.S. orders FREE first class USPS. I do offer Priority mail and Priority Mail Express upgrades at checkout which buyers are responsible for the costs. I also ship to International customers. FREE U.S. Domestic First Class Shipping shall only apply one (1) time per order. I do not offer FREE shipping on items sent back to my shop. The seller does not pay for first class shipping insurance. Please see the shop policies for estimated shipping times.

I try to have all orders in the mail within 24 hours after purchase. Please refer to the Estimated Shipping Times section on this page. During the Christmas season please order early for prompt arrival. Please ensure that you give the CORRECT mailing address to ensure proper and prompt delivery.
All US orders $35 and over are shipped free USPS first class. This shipping method includes tracking but does NOT include insurance. The seller is not responsible for items lost, non-delivered, or delayed by USPS or international carriers. Priority Mail and Priority Express are available at checkout. These shipping methods include tracking and insurance. Please do not ask the seller to open a USPS inquiry, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

Before placing your order please verify that the chain length is correct and appropriate for comfortable wear. It is the buyer's responsibility to know what chain length is appropriate. If you have ANY questions regarding sizing PLEASE contact me prior to placing your order.
The most popular chain length is 18 inches. Many of my listings have an image of a life size mannequin or live model wearing an 18 inch chain. I do offer 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22 chains. Please message me if you have any questions regarding sizing. Please note that the 14 inch chain is considered a choker length on adults and normal size on most young children.

For all orders outside the United States (Especially the United Kingdom Orders)certain customs and/or local postal fees, collections or taxes MAY apply depending on the destination. Sentimental Support is not responsible for payment of such fees, collection or taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to make such payments upon delievery if required. If an order destined outside the United States is returned to me due to non delivery or non payment of fees, taxes, or collection, then I will not attempt redelivery and will refund your purchase minus postal charges.

When returning please ship all components received. Please ship in a manner to protect the items from shipping damage (box, bubble wrap envelope, etc). All items must be received in undamaged, original condition. I do not pay for return shipping cost. Once I have received the returned items within 10 days of your delivery date a refund will be issued minus shipping cost (the cost for me to ship the item).
