• HOW TO ORDER •

1. Enter the names/words (maximum of 20) that you would like into the "Add your personalisation" box. Please note that the names/words will be randomly connected as this allows us to produce the best possible layout for your print.
2. Choose the title for your print, for example "The Jones Family".
3. Add another line of text underneath the title, for example "Together is our favourite place to be" or "Est. 2019".
4. Choose which colour you would like the heart tile to be. The heart tile is optional.
5. Please let us know if you would like the Word Score, which is the value of all of the letters added up together.
6. Once you have placed your order, we will personalise the item for you and send you a preview via Etsy messages as soon as possible. This will allow you to request any necessary changes before it is printed and dispatched. Please look out for our message so that your order can be dispatched as quickly as possible.

A4 - 21cm x 30cm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches (UNFRAMED)

All prints are printed professionally onto high quality glossy photo paper using premium branded inks, resulting in a stunning finish made to last.

• DELIVERY INFORMATION •

UNITED KINGDOM: Prints will be dispatched 2nd Class via Royal Mail in a board backed envelope with extra protection inside. There is an option to upgrade to Special Delivery during checkout (processing times will still apply).

INTERNATIONAL: Prints will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed in a board backed envelope with extra protection inside. Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 6-7 working days, however this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the delivery dates provided by Etsy are estimates.
